Stretching 拉筋伸展班 (一小時課堂/one hour lesson）
Friday evening: 8pm – 9pm
It is especially suitable for urban people who lack of exercise and have long-term poor posture that lead to tight muscles. Through different stretching exercises, to increase the flexibility and strength of the muscles. Also stretching exercises help to relax the muscles and spirit, while reducing pain and improving posture problems.
